THE DELUSION OF THE GREAT DARKNESS

God did not create anyone to live from the law or from any external point of reference. He created you to live from yourself to be who you are. Before the fall our oneness and integrity as persons was the effect of being one with God; of being one with God’s total integrity of being as the trinity.
THE AGENCY OF SONS
Because of the cross oneness has been restored. In Jesus we are one with God and participate in the perichoresis of wholeness and I AMness that makes us holy as God is holy. You become who you are in Christ by being born from the version of the knowledge of good and evil with which you have been indoctrinated into very union with God.
NOT A MORAL STANCE
In order to be born again, we must be born from a system of doing into the freedom of being. Being what? A son/daughter of God. You can do this if for you Christ’s life is your life. Not if your Christianity is a collection of new patches on the old garment of the pre-cross era. In genuine new birth we move with Jesus from death in Adam to life in Jesus.
THE CARNAL CONTRACT
He is our life. What does it look like if we are not willing to accept this. We live out a ‘contract’ in good but misguided conscience. It’s a contract in which ‘I do this so that God will do that.’ What is the ‘do that’ we are talking about here? Answer: Accept me as a person worthy of God’s love and life. But He already has. It’s not a matter of us receiving Christ. It’s us living from the truth that we have already been received into His life.
‘You died, and your life is now hidden with Christ in God. When Christ, who is your life, appears, then you also will appear with him in glory’ Col 3.3,4 NIV.
THE ILLUSION
If we are living in the law or its cultural equivalent, we have not been born again and we will enjoy little of the spirit and life that is the norm for those with the courage to live out the reality that they are the manifestation of the trinity.
